Return the recorder and reader box, we suppy a pre-paid addressed jiffy bag for return.

We will then send you a brand new Lucas key fob ready to use on your Defender, fully guaranteed., you need to return the recorder and  reader device so we can make a new key fob from the data, a new key fob is not enclosed with the recorder / reader, the key fob is sent separately.

This will work with our standard Lucas key fob and the all in one / combined key.

The Land Rover Defender Remote key fob will work in the same way as the original, it works the immobiliser, alarm, central locking (if fitted)

The Defender Remote key fob will NOT stop any key fobs you already have from working, it will NOT erase them or change the way they operate

The system will only ADD the new remote key fob to your Land Rover Defender alarm / immobiliser system

The new Land Rover Defender key fob will work if you do not have the EKA code

The new Land Rover Defender key fob will work as a spare key fob

The new Land Rover Defender key fob will work with any key fobs you already have working

The new Land Rover Defender key fob will NOT change the way your alarm or immobiliser works

The new Land Rover Defender key fob will NOT repair a faulty immobiliser

The recorder system will NOT programme any other key fobs

Send us the RO???? this is the defender ignition key cutting code or ign code from your security card or you can sometimes find the ignition key code on a label next to the ignition lock, ignition barrel or send us a spare ignition key with the recorder box or send us a good clear picture of your existing ignition key by email or print out a copy and send it with the recorder box.
